SHELTER WARRANTY

Landa Mobile Systems ®LLC hereinafter referred to as (“LMS”), warrants original purchaser to be free of defects in material, and workmanship for a period of one ( 1 ) years from date of purchase. Warranty does not extend to any components not manufactured by LMS, however shall not limit any warranties of component parts which may extend to buyer. 

All claims for defects in material and workmanship shall be made in writing to LMS within 30 calendar days of the delivery of such defects. Failure to provide notice shall be conclusive evidence product was in complete conformity with the warranty.   LMS then shall be released from any and all liability relating to the product.

In the event that any Product is altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized LMS repair representative without prior written approval by LMS, the warranty shall be void. Accessories, equipment or materials attached to, placed upon, or used in connection with any Shelter unit shall not covered under warranty and LMS expressly disclaims any warranty with regard thereto. Any warranty applicable to such accessories, equipment, or materials shall be limited to that which is provided by the original manufacturer thereof.

A new Warranty Period will not be established for any Shelter Unit by reason of repair or replacement pursuant to this limited warranty. Such item shall remain under warranty only for the remainder of the Warranty Period as determined by the original shipping date of the applicable Unit.

LMS warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and no representations. Guaranties or Warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to a warranty of Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are made by LMS in connection with the manufacture or sale of its products.

No employee. Distributor, or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty on behalf of LMS. The remedies of buyer set forth herein are exclusive and are in lieu of all other remedies, the liability of LMS whether in contract, tort under any warranty or otherwise shall not extend beyond its obligation to repair or replace, at its option, any product or part found by LMS to be defective in Material and or workmanship. LMS shall not be liable for cost of installation, removal, or be responsible for direct, indirect special or consequential damages of any nature.

The standard wind rating on this shelter is approx. 120 mph.  There are a couple of wall and ceiling stiffeners that can be installed that will raise that up considerable to 150+

Additional OEM Warranty language from shelter wall and ceiling manufacture

Warranty is issued to the original purchaser/user at the original installation location and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Completion of the OEM Walk-In & Refrigeration Claim Form is required for consideration of claims to be processed under part and/or labor warranty. The claim form must be received within (60) sixty days of the date of service. Reimbursement for local parts purchase must include a copy of the wholesale invoice and a maximum 20% mark-up. OEM does not pay both travel time & mileage. OEM reserves the right to pay no more than the average commercial hourly rates within the particular state or region of the country. Parts: Foamed in-place panels are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of (10) ten years from the date of installation by a factory authorized servicer but shall not exceed ten years and six months from factory ship date. Painted surfaces will be warranted (1) one year from installation but shall not exceed (18) eighteen months from factory ship date. Component parts, doors, and assemblies (except bulbs) found to be defective in material or workmanship are warranted for a period of (1) one year from original start-up but shall not exceed (18) eighteen months from factory ship date. First year compressor failures shall be exchanged over the counter by the compressor manufacture’s wholesaler. If the optional four year compressor warranty is purchased and the original compressor fails after expiration of the one year parts warranty,

OEM will provide a direct replacement or authorize local purchase of a replacement compressor. If local purchase is authorized, the wholesale invoice along with the serial tag from the original defective compressor shall be sent to OEM for reimbursement. Labor, freight, travel, and additional parts/supplies are not covered under the extended compressor warranty. Replacement parts purchased from OEM will be warranted for a period of (90) ninety days from factory ship date. Labor: Panels, hardware, and electrical components (except bulbs) are covered by a (1) one year labor warranty. The warranty period begins at original startup date but shall not exceed (18) eighteen months from factory ship date. Refrigeration systems that are not factory refrigerant charged (PR, Multi-Pak, Rack, Large Room systems, etc) are covered by a (30) thirty day labor warranty for the replacement of component parts that are defective in material or workmanship.

The warranty period will begin at original start-up date or (90) ninety days from factory ship date but shall not exceed (18) eighteen months from factory ship date. Refrigeration systems that are factory refrigerant charged (PC, PCL, Polar Pak, etc.) are covered by a (1) one year labor warranty for the replacement of component parts that are defective in material or workmanship. The warranty period begins at original start-up date but shall not exceed (18) eighteen months from factory ship date.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  1. Normal maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning.
  2. Repairs due to unauthorized modifications.
  3. Damage from improper installation.
  4. Damage or delays occurring in transit.
  5. Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  6. Damage or loss of product, property, income, or profit.
  7. Floor panels are not warranted under the following conditions:
  8. Wet mopping or use of a water hose for cleaning.
  9. Rolling wheel traffic (carts, dollies, etc.) on non-reinforced floors.
  10. Weight loads exceeding 700lbs/sq.ft on non-structural floors.
